AWE Files Water Efficiency Comments on LEED 2009

The Alliance for Water Efficiency, together with dozens of other organizations, submitted comments to the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) requesting a greater role for water efficiency in LEED 2009.  As LEED undergoes major revision, the time is now to spotlight the need for greater water priority in the LEED points process.  It is not too late to show your support for these recommended changes.  Click here to get more information and to review the letter sent by the Alliance on June 22 to USGBC.  Click here to email your support for these improvements and to be part of the national network of organizations working for water reform in LEED.
